Analytics imports: data you upload (e.g., YouTube CSV). Revenue columns are optional and private by default.
Usage data: logs, device/browser info, performance metrics (aggregated).

Provide features (profiles, scoring, matching, insights).
Improve reliability and usability.
Protect the service (fraud, abuse, security).

3. Sharing

We don’t sell personal data. We share only:

With your direction (e.g., you choose to publish certain links).
With service providers under contract (hosting, storage, email).
To comply with law or protect rights and safety.

4. Data retention

We retain data while your account is active and for a reasonable time after for audit, security, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account; some records (e.g., audit logs) may be retained as permitted by law.

Update profile data in Profile.
Control what you upload; revenue metrics are optional.

8. Children

Hook Lab is not intended for users under 16.

We’ll update this policy from time to time and revise the “Last updated” date.
