Hook Lab provides tools that help creators, brands, and agents collaborate using performance data.
By using Hook Lab, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information.
- You’re responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
3. Your Content
- You retain all rights to content you upload.
- You grant Hook Lab a limited license to store and process your content to provide features (e.g., analytics, scoring, matching).
- Do not upload content you don’t have the right to share.
4. Data Sources & Connectors
- Some features ingest data you export from third parties (e.g., YouTube CSV). You are solely responsible for what you import.
- Revenue and other sensitive metrics remain private to you by default.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Break the law, infringe IP, or violate privacy.
- Attempt to access other users’ data.
- Interfere with service operation (e.g., abuse, scraping beyond allowed endpoints).
6. Service Changes
We may change or discontinue features. We’ll try to give reasonable notice when impactful.
7. Disclaimers
Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hook Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations or risks to the platform or other users.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
